Vision Plus

Vision Statement

"Love God and Love People."

Mission Statement

"We exist to love God and love people through words and deeds to anyone, anywhere in every way possible.”

Our Core Values

Our core values are the foundation upon which our church stands.
They guide our mission, foster growth, and build strong relationships among our members and the community we serve.
These values shape who we are and what we strive to become.

1.
Love & Care

“For God is not unjust. He will not forget how hard you have worked for Him and how you have shown your love to Him by caring for other believers, as you still do.”
Hebrews 6:10-12

As Christians, we are called to be a reflection of God's love on earth. This means caring for others and finding ways to serve them. Our church is a family, and we should support one another by offering help, guidance, and prayer. We must remember that to love God means to love our brothers and sisters.
“Anyone who does not provide for their relatives, and especially for their own household, has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.”
1 Timothy 5:8

2.
Communication

“Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into Him who is the head, into Christ.”
Ephesians 4:15

Effective communication is vital to our church community. We are a praying church that continually seeks God's direction, holding regular prayer meetings. We communicate God's love through various channels, including emails, texts, and fellowship, ensuring everyone is connected and informed.

3.
Culture

“Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves.”
Philippians 2:3-5

Creating a ‘Christian Culture’ within our church means embracing servanthood. Our first responsibility as leaders is to serve others, putting their needs before our own. By fostering a culture of humility, kindness, and flexibility, we can achieve our vision and build a stronger, more united community.

4.
Coaching

“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”
1 Peter 4:10

We are committed to developing both new and existing members to reach their fullest potential in Christ. Our goal is to make disciples and equip them to become leaders. By offering Bible studies, courses, and other resources, we provide opportunities for growth and spiritual maturity, guiding members to use their gifts to serve others.

5.
Community

“And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’”
Matthew 25:40

Community is at the heart of our church. We recognize our responsibility to care for one another, following God’s command to love our neighbors. Through outreach programs, social events, and acts of service, we aim to connect with people from all walks of life, demonstrating God’s love in practical ways.

6.
Commision, The Interational Mission

“Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.”
Isaiah 6:8

We are dedicated to a mission-minded approach, reaching out to all nations. Our involvement in countries like India, Nepal, and Bangladesh allows us to support and participate in mission work, spreading the gospel and providing aid. Our vision extends beyond sending resources; we aim to be personally involved in making a difference around the world.

7.
Consistency and Commitment

“And they devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers.”
Acts 2:42

Consistency and commitment are crucial in all we do. We expect every member and leader to be reliable, dedicated, and respectful. By honoring our commitments and being diligent in our work, we build trust and unity. Our ministries thrive on the strength of committed individuals working together towards a common purpose.

These core values are the backbone of our church. They inspire us to grow, serve, and connect with each other and our community.
Let us embrace these values wholeheartedly, striving to reflect the love, grace, and truth of Jesus Christ in everything we do.
